NY Advocates 4 Kids works diligently to help change education policy therefore all students receive the services they’re entitled to, which is the law. Our Specialists can empower parents and students with disabilities, repair the relationship between the school team and the family, and effectively enforce IDEA Laws and Civil Rights.

We will be more than happy to assist you with navigating the system for the services your child needs. At NY Advocates 4 Kids, we offer a variety of service packages to meet different advocacy needs. Services provided will depend on the package you select.
• Each package includes specific services such as advocacy, case management, and school meeting attendance.
• Any services beyond those included in your package may incur additional fees, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
• We are committed to transparency and will review the scope of work and any associated costs with you before beginning services.
• For families facing financial challenges, we offer a sliding scale fee to ensure that our services are accessible to those who need it most.

Non Refundable Policy
1. Service Payments: All payments made for our advocacy services, including but not limited to consultation fees, package costs, and add-ons, are non-refundable.
2. Commitment to Excellence: Once a service has been purchased or a package initiated, our team immediately allocates resources and begins working on your case. This includes consultations, research, preparation, and communication with schools, providers, or other relevant entities.
3. Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your services after the retainer payment, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the stage of the process. All cancellations Must Be in Writing.
4. Credits or Rescheduling: At our discretion, we may offer credit toward future services or allow for rescheduling in specific circumstances. This is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another client.
