Discuss concerns you may have regarding your child’s performance in school in determining which services are needed
Guidance and/or recommendations regarding child’s case to adhere to State and Federal Laws
Study of materials and sources in order to establish the facts and outcome of conclusions of case
Educate Parent(s) of IDEA and FAPE Laws that your child is entitled to within our Educational System
In Person or Virtual to all meetings; IEP, 504 Plan, Suspension, School, Progress Report, Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Impartial Hearings
Review documents before entering into Discovery to determine if it should be produced to opposing parties; mediation, dispute resolution or impartial hearing request, etc.
Provide additional information for services, seek providers, educational consultants, and other professionals who can assist the parents with their children’s educational needs.
Speak to teachers, DOE Representatives, school personnel, Psychologist, Doctors, caseworkers and etc. on your behalf regarding your child’s case
Placement is ensured (if 1st placement isn’t the appropriate fit,), we will continue to seek 2nd school placement for the appropriate class setting
Finalize IEP meeting to close case to ensure all services, modifications and accommodations are in place
